Yes, I have found it very rude to push people. Just have fun with everyone and let them ride. We do lots and lots of jumps, so I feel for the other riders too!

Keep your pace fun and stable for your ability. I too love to jump but with my shoulder injury there are just many jumps I have to pass up on. Its fun to ride and have a good time. So, never feel the pressure to push your limits.

Yes, the Tad runs more air as it moves the air from negative to positive to allow for the travel change. If you had a RCA like mine you would only need 65psi about. But sounds like it rides good!
I too have mine set on my hardtail right now at 150mm. It feels great.
